Mobile conferences

Are you organising a prestigious conference in an unusual venue? Or perhaps you’re dreaming of a film screening under the stars?

We provide comprehensive technical and catering solutions wherever you need them. Our mobile system allows us to quickly transform any space – from a modern office, through banquet halls, to open green spaces – into a professional conference centre or a top-class cinema.

We provide full technical support for your business meetings. Thanks to our mobile infrastructure, we are able to cater for events at any location in Poland specified by the client.

• Uncompromising image quality:
We use an advanced short-throw laser projector, which guarantees a perfectly sharp image even in small rooms, and a mobile screen with a high-quality projection surface.
• Reliability in all conditions:
At the heart of the system is a workstation housed in a secure RACK enclosure. It is resistant to dust and changing weather conditions, ensuring smooth presentations both indoors and outdoors.
• Crystal-clear sound:
A state-of-the-art sound system ensures perfect sound coverage of the venue whilst maintaining the aesthetics and discretion of the equipment.

Transform your garden or company grounds into a professional cinema. Our equipment has been carefully selected to deliver the exceptional viewing experience:

• Cinema-quality:
The laser projector delivers vibrant colours and deep blacks, creating an authentic cinema atmosphere under the stars.
• Portability and quick setup:
Thanks to its compact dimensions and well-thought-out design, the outdoor cinema set-up can be installed almost anywhere.

We know that technology isn’t everything, which is why we offer a wide selection of coffee breaks to enhance any meeting, providing:

• Coffee break station:
Our professional automatic coffee and tea machine ensures guests have constant access to fresh drinks.
• Refreshments for every occasion:
We have a high-capacity ice maker and a slush machine, ideal for serving chilled drinks at summer outdoor events.
• Elegant tableware:
Carefully selected to complement the atmosphere of conferences and prestigious events.

• Versatility:
We cater for both indoor and outdoor events with the same attention to quality.
• Mobility:
We come to you – o location is out of reach.
• Comprehensive service:
From HDMI cables to freshly brewed coffee – we take care of everything.

Each event is priced individually, based on your specific requirements.
